Tanni Choudhury collaborates with Pt Tarun Bhattacharya, Pt Ronu Majumdar to pay a tribute to her gurus

Noted dancerTanni Choudhury has conceived a unique cultural extravaganza. Sangeet Natak Academy awardee Pt Tarun Bhattacharya on Santoor, Padmashree Pt Ronu Majumdar ( Flute ), Guru Ashimbandhu Bhattacharjee, Tanni Choudhury would create some magic together. Noted multidisciplinary artist Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee would be responsible for the narration.
Tanni Choudhury says, “
That we are all split souls, defined by our duality, is obvious. So are our dreams, oscillating between the mundane and the magnificent. I always opt for the latter. Then what have I got for you this Bengali New Year? Perspectives of the Masters at their highest. I pay my obeisance to my gurus Vidushi Amita Dutta and Guru Ashimbandhu Bhattacharjee through this concert.”
Ashimbandhu is synonymous with life and light. We celebrate the diamond jubilee of Ashimbandhu, the Kathak Wizard, with a stellar performance by the master himself.

have consented to perform that evening.
Tanni Choudhury will illustrate a reincarnation of all that is past and present, from a career in Kathak spanning over a period of three uninterrupted decades.
