METRO RAILWAY CONDUCTING SPECIAL CAMPAIGN 5.0

As part of the ongoing Special Campaign 5.0, Metro Railway organized intensive cleaning drives at different Metro stations today. Commuters were also requested to extend their co-operation in maintaining cleanliness within Metro premises.
Under this campaign, Metro authorities have been conducting extensive cleaning activities at stations, offices, tracks, and railway colonies. The drives include garbage removal, clearing of unwanted vegetation, and cleaning of drainage systems. Cleanliness remains a key focus area of Special Campaign 5.0, with officers and staff working in close coordination to ensure enhanced hygiene and efficiency in workplaces.
Commuters are also being encouraged to contribute towards keeping the Metro premises clean and litter-free. Regular announcements are being made through the Public Address System requesting passengers not to spit or litter inside Metro premises. Offenders can be identified easily through CCTV surveillance and fined ₹500. Metro authorities have further requested all commuters to use the dustbins provided at stations whenever required.
