SPECIAL METRO SERVICES FOR PSC CLERKSHIP (PART–II) EXAMINATION ON 28.12.2025 (SUNDAY) IN BLUE LINE AND GREEN LINE

Good news for the PSC (Part II) Examination aspirants!
Metro Railway is going to operate special Metro services on 28.12.2025 (Sunday) for the aspirants of PSC Clerkship (Part–II) Examination, 2023. On that day, Metro services will be operated from 08.00 hrs. in the Blue Line and Green Line instead of 09.00 hrs.
In Blue Line, the first services from Dakshineswar, Noapara, and Sahid Khudiram will be available at 08.00 hrs. In the Green Line, first services from Howrah Maidan and Salt Lake Sector V will start at 08.00 hrs. and 08.02 hrs. respectively. Timings of the last services in the Blue Line and Green Line will remain unchanged. The special service from Howrah Maidan to Central Park will be operated as usual at 22.05 hrs. on that day.
On 28.12.2025, 168 services (84 UP and 84 DN) will be operated instead of 130 services in the Blue Line. In Green Line 131 services (66 UP and 65 DN) will be operated instead of 108 services.
In Blue Line, services will be available at 08-minute intervals from 15.20 hrs. to 19.20 hrs. instead of 10-minute intervals on that day only.
In Green Line, services will be available at 10-minute intervals instead of 15-minute intervals from 16.00 hrs. to 20.30 hrs. on that day only.
Normal services will be available on the Yellow Line on that day.
No services will be available on the Purple Line or the Orange Line on that day.
