As a step further for easier user interface so that Rail users and passengers can get all required App under one umbrella, Indian Railways has launched RailOne App .

As a step further to spread the information about the essential features of RailOne App and how it can bring ease of journey for the rail users, Eastern Railway under the guidance of Shri Milind Deouskar, General Manager, Eastern Railway launching an informative campaign on RailOne app from tomorrow (6 March 2026). This campaign will continue till 12 March 2026 with an aim for awareness building and user participation towards popularising the RailOne App.

The campaign will continue at Railway Offices at Eastern Railway Headquarters and Divisions as well as at various important stations over Eastern Railway like Sealdah, Dum Dum Jn., Naihati, Kanchrapara, Asansol, Durgapur, Jasidih, Malda, Bhagalpur, Sahibganj, Jamalpur, Bandel, Barddhaman & Rampurhat etc. The target audience is both the Railway staff as well as the passengers.

The campaign aims at promoting digital Railway services, reduce queue at booking counters and manual dependency, creating digital awareness & collecting measurable installation data. The passengers and rail users are requested to come ahead for installing & using RailOne app which is a step further towards digital transformation and empowering every passenger digitally.
