Malay Chakraborty (Indian Marathon Runner) from Kharagpur West Bengal has planned to organize a sporting event for the IIT famous city of West Bengal.
As of now Kgp youth Athletes Academy headed by Mr.Malay Chakraborty dreams big to uphold the spirit of sports among all walks of life.
Even after the COVID pandemic this time he plans for the event with 400 plus participants.
Apart from the cash prize trophy and medals will be given to the winners and participants.

Malay Chakraborty also said they will look for event partners and like-minded sports enthusiast organizations to promote marathons even in Cities like Kolkata, Siliguri, Durgapur, etc.
He also mentioned with support from corporates this form of sport can be very popular in Bengal as this sport needs no costly equipment only the field and roads are enough with your spirit to be a marathon runner.
