A 11 year old boy named Pratyay Das was suffering from rare disease called Muscular Dystrophy and was not able to move for 3 years; when every one lost hope and thought he will never move again a miracle happened due to stem cell therapy, he got back his movement and beat the disease.
Dr. Alok Sharma Professor and Head of Neurosurgery at LTMG Hospital and LTM Medical college,SION Mumbai took the challenge and started stem cell therapy slowly with in six month the boy got the movement.
Dr. Sharma explained how rare disease where stem cell therapy can be a safe solution and a new way to medical miracle.
