Executive Order on implementation of state environmental and climate research and technology policy

Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Measures to Implement State Research and Technology Policy Related to the Environmental Development of the Russian Federation and Climate Change.

Russia,8 February 2021

The President has instructed the Government of the Russian Federation to develop and adopt within a 6-month period a federal research and technology programme on environmental development and climate change for 2021–2030 that envisages the creation of advanced technological solutions.

The Government has also been given a series of related instructions.
