If the company’s auction of its internet operations culminates in a sale that takes out the Job from her; she (Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer) will get a fortune of USD $55 Million as severance package
The payout package disclosed in a regulatory filing Friday consists of cash, stock awards and other benefits that CEO would get; if she be forced out as CEO within a year after the deal.
Yahoo’s board is not sure but still evaluating takeover offers. But most of the investors are more than sure that the company will decide to sell off its well-known brand and an Internet business that includes a email service and sections current news focused on sports and finance.
