Kolkata, 16th November, 2019: Eden Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd, Eastern India’s leading real estate developer, launched the brand song, “Chalo Sajai Nijer Ghar”, to promote their ambitious solar power enabled projects under the brand name, Solaris. The song revolves around a young couple dreaming to build a home together.
The extremely sweet and romantic characters of the loving couple are portrayed by heartthrobs of the generation Anirban and Ishaa. The song displays emotions of love, simple and pure joys of life and their longing for building a home together. As the story progresses, the guy gets a job and with lot of excitement and emotion shares his appointment letter with his lady love. The lady reciprocates by gifting him with an old pencil sketch of a house which the guy had once given her. She has coloured it and kept it secured for this day as they are now one step closer towards making their dream home a reality. The song ends with the couple holding hand and together to build their dream home.

That’s why we wanted our new brand song “Chalo Sajai Nijer Ghar” to have all the elements to attract viewers’ attention in the beginning itself. The brand targets the young consumers and the idea is to connect with the people through the song. The first time home buyers will be able to relate and connect with the song. The 72 seconds music video was shot in Kolkata by Soumik Halder and edited by Argha Kamal Mitra. The song was sung by Rupankar and Somlata. The concept, lyrics, music and direction was by Anindya Chatterjee.
In keeping with the global trend, installation of the solar panels on rooftops are slowly becoming an important feature in residential projects. Factors such as use of renewable energy and thereby reduced electricity costs are responsible for this change.
