That was her first step towards shaping her dream. Getting married in 2009 happened to be a graceful year for her and after three years of giving birth to a baby girl, she resumed back to work. She came back on track after a long break and stood up for Mrs. India Worldwide for Haut Monde.
Speaking on this occasion, Aakanksha Manglani, Mrs. India Worldwide East 2018 said, “It is a dream come true to be the face of a Calendar. I am extremely happy and overwhelmed. Many women think that their life stops after getting married, but this thinking of the society should be changed and women should not stop focusing on their career and should learn to be independent . This calendar promotes that a woman’s life doesn’t stop after getting married, they should retain their identity even after getting married”.
