Market Leader of Cable TV services of Gujarat and Kolkata Hathway is all set to mobilize 240 Cr through IPO. GTPL Hathway Limited (the “Company” or “Issuer”) proposes to open on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, an initial public offering of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (“Equity Shares”) for cash (including a share premium) (the “Offer”) comprising of a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 2,400 million (“Fresh Issue”) and an offer for sale of up to 14,400,000 Equity Shares – comprising up to 1,136,000 Equity Shares by Mr. Aniruddhasinhji Jadeja, up to 440,000 Equity Shares by Mr. Kanaksinh Rana, up to 5,480,000 Equity Shares by Gujarat Digi Com Private Limited, up to 7,200,000 Equity Shares by Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited and up to 144,000 Equity Shares by Mr. Amit Shah (collectively the “Selling Shareholders”) (“Offer For Sale”). The Bid/ Offer will close on Friday, June 23, 2017.
The Price Band for the Offer is fixed at Rs. 167 to Rs. 170 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 88 Equity Shares and in multiples of 88 Equity Shares thereafter.
The Book Running Lead Managers (“BRLMs”) to the Offer are JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited, BNP Paribas, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Yes Securities (India) Limited.
The Company and the Selling Shareholders may, in consultation with the BRLMs, consider participation by Anchor Investors in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”). The Anchor Investor Bid/ offer Period shall be one Working Day prior to the Bid/Offer Opening Date; i.e., Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
The Equity Shares offered through the RHP are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited (“BSE”) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”).
The Offer is being made through the Book Building Process in compliance with regulation 26(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), wherein not more than 50% of the Offer shall be allocated on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers (“QIBs”).
DTH segment is growing very fast and trans-portability from one location to another is not at all an issue and many other leading players are also in the segment; fortune for this IPO is based on future prospect and on aggressive estimations.
