Ola brings smiles on driver partners’ face this Children’s Day
Kolkata, November 15, 2017: Ola, India’s most popular mobile app for transportation, on the occasion of Children’s Day, organized a trip for its driver partners and their kids to the Alipore Zoo. These kids, aged between 5 to 13 years, were excited to visit India’s oldest zoo and had a fun-filled day.
Jagrith Choudhary, City Head, Kolkata, Ola said, “We always aim not only to enhance the experience of our riders but also enhance the quality of lives of our driver partners. Through this initiative we wanted to make the day special for the kids and families of the drivers. We are happy that we could make the day special for these children.”
For most of the families and kids it was a first time experience and they were elated to have been a part of such an initiative. After a tour of the zoo, the kids were also given goodie bags from Ola.
Expressing excitement, Narhun Hussain, a 13 year old girl said, “This was the first time I visited the zoo and I am very happy and excited to see so many animals, some of which I have never heard of or seen before. I am thankful to Ola for giving me this opportunity.”
