A contorversial topic yet a burning issue where in a normal life of a Kashmiri youth in present context is going to be talk of the tinsel town with the film “No Fathers in Kashmir”.
Directed by Ashvin Kumar, son of the designer Ritu Kumar, who has also worked in this movie along with Soni Razdan in the star cast, the story revolves around the theme of hope and forgiveness, seen through the playful eyes of lovestruck teenagers, Noor and Majid.
The director tried to raise the question of “Have you ever lived a life as a Kashmiri?” through the plot and cinematography of the film.
Only the film can tell is it a one sided story or covering pain of everyone.
