Renewal of International Driving Permit (IDP),
The High Commission of India in Dhaka is starting additional Miscellaneous Consular Services for holder of International Driving Permit (IDP) w.e.f. 15/02/2021 for renewal of their IDP as per following procedure:
The applicant will visit High Commission along with his current passport, domestic driving license and IDP. He will fill the Miscellaneous Consular Service Form and will deposit the same form at the counter. He will be required to pay BDT 850/- + BDT 163/- (Total amount BDT 1013/-).
After obtaining a receipt from the High Commission, the applicant will apply for a fresh issue of IDP through the portal of Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways at www.parivahan.gov.in and will upload the documents, including the receipt issued by the High Commission, and pay the requisite fee online on the web portal. On receipt of application through the portal, the licensing authority, on verification of the documents, shall renew the IDP and shall courier it directly to the address of the applicant.
