So on this International Yoga day we wanted to talk about situations that alleviates stress in our daily lives. Everyone nowadays has faced some kind of depression, that’s one of the reasons we want people to embrace yoga to add years to life. Let’s take steps towards a healthier life. Also, today is World Music day, lets celebrate the love of music by simply listening to the music they love. Lets cherish the spirit of music, the vibrancy of vocals and the melody of instruments and focus on our mental well-being”.
“Stress, as we know, is detrimental to our skin in just about every way and causes the skin to age much faster than it should, by causing fine lines and wrinkles. Yoga also increases circulation and blood flow in the body, which detoxifies our skin and helps hair growth. With the help of yoga we can enhance circulation underneath your skin. Improved blood circulation provides a rosy glow to your skin since blood delivers nutrients and oxygen, as well as flushes out waste from your skin cells. Yoga also heals damaged skin cells. Yoga is a great way to achieve holistic health benefits. So, practice yoga regularly and harness its power to heal the body while giving yourself radiant and fresh skin.” further added Dr. Debashish Biswas, Trichologist and Anti-Ageing Expert.

The occasion highlighted a special connection that although yoga can be practiced in silence, its effects can be magnified if it is paired with nice, pleasant music. Music and yoga are both considered as parts of alternative medicine. Individually, the two possess extraordinary healing powers. It stands to reason then, that combining music and yoga together can create limitless possibilities of healing, transformation and peace.
