Also, today is World Music day, lets celebrate the love of music by simply listening to the music they love. Lets cherish the spirit of music, the vibrancy of vocals and the melody of instruments and focus on our mental well-being”.
“Stress, as we know, is detrimental to our skin in just about every way and causes the skin to age much faster than it should, by causing fine lines and wrinkles. Yoga also increases circulation and blood flow in the body, which detoxifies our skin and helps hair growth. With the help of yoga we can enhance circulation underneath your skin. Improved blood circulation provides a rosy glow to your skin since blood delivers nutrients and oxygen, as well as flushes out waste from your skin cells. Yoga also heals damaged skin cells. Yoga is a great way to achieve holistic health benefits. So, practice yoga regularly and harness its power to heal the body while giving yourself radiant and fresh skin.” further added Dr. Debashish Biswas, Trichologist and Anti-Ageing Expert.
