The legendary Sri Lankan cricketer Muthiah Muralidaran with Actor Madhurr Mittal visited Saltlake Shiksha Niketan School to promote his upcoming biographical movie 800.
During the visit, Muthiah Muralidaran and Madhurr Mittal played cricket with the students and interacted with the students of Saltlake Shiksha Niketan School, and gave autographs.
The event was attended by: Sri. Lalit Beriwala; Sri V.K. Goyal; Sri G.S. Khajanchi; Sri Sanjay Agarwal; Sri Ramesh Beriwal; Sri Jagdish Agarwal; Sri Kishan K. Gupta and the faculty of Saltlake Shiksha Niketan School.
On this occasion, Mrs. Nupur Datta, Principal of Saltlake Siksha Niketan said, “It’s our privilege to host a legendary cricketer like Muthiah Muralidaran. The students were left wide-eyed and kids were mesmerised and inspired by his tales and words of wisdom. He stressed the importance of school cricket and motivated the young talent of students. Muralidharan emphasised passion, hard work, discipline, and self-belief as the key ingredients for the recipe of a successful cricketer.
