COMMENDABLE PERFORMANCE OF SPORTS PERSONNEL OF SEALDAH DIVISION

Kolkata, December 27, 2023:

Talented golfer Sandeep Yadav from Eastern Railway’s Sealdah Division is all set to participate in the prestigious All India International Amateur Golf Championship, which will be held in Kolkata from December 11th to December 17th, 2023. Shri Yadav has been playing golf for the past five years and has quickly established himself as one of the most promising young golfers in the region. He has won several local tournaments and has also represented West Bengal in various national-level competitions.

The All India International Amateur Golf Championship is one of the premier amateur golf tournaments in India. It attracts top golfers from all over the country, as well as from neighbouring countries. The tournament is being held at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club, one of the oldest and most prestigious golf courses in India.

In another event, Sri Ronit Bhanja, Sr Clerk-cum-Typist, working in Sealdah Division got a gold medal in the 85th Senior National Table Tennis Championship 2023 held at Panchkula, Haryana.
