SEALDAH DISTRICT ASSOCIATION UNDER EASTERN RAILWAY BHARAT SCOUTS & GUIDES ORGANIZED 18TH DISTRICT RALLY CUM BULBUL UTSAV

The Sealdah District Association under the Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides successfully concluded its 18th District Rally cum Bulbul Utsav at the Sealdah DRM Sports Ground on January 19th, 2024. The four-day event drew in over 450 enthusiastic members who participated in a vibrant display of scouting and guiding skills, cultural performances, and community engagement.
The festive atmosphere culminated in a valedictory program and prize distribution ceremony on January 18th, graced by the presence of DRM Sealdah Shree Deepak Nigam and President ERWWO/Sealdah Smt. Gunjan Nigam. The esteemed guests presented awards to deserving participants, recognizing their excellence in various competitions and activities.
Sealdah 1st Group, Halisahar New and Barrackpore Group emerged victorious in the overall competition, showcasing their ability across multiple disciplines and stealing the hearts of the audience with their captivating performance.
Beyond the competitive spirit, the event nurtured a strong sense of companionship and community among the young participants. The 18th District Rally cum Cub Bulbul Utsav was a resounding success, showcasing the talent, dedication, and enthusiasm of young scouts and guides of the Sealdah District Association under the guidance of DRM Sealdah Sri Deepak Nigam and under the leadership of Sr.DME/Sealdah & District commissioner of Bharat Sri Rohit Ranjan and Sr.DSTE/Sealdah & District chief commissioner Md.Nasir.
