LOST BAG RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 27.02.2024 at about 20:25 hrs a phone call received in Security Helpline Number that one unclaimed bag was lying inside a Metro coach. After getting the information the QRT team attended the said Metro rake at Central station and found the said bag inside the train. After proper security checking, it is deposited at the Station Master’s Office of Chandni Chowk station.

At about 21:25 hrs, a male commuter came to the Station Master’s Office and claimed ownership of the bag. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the bag was handed over to him.

He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway Authorities for helping him to get back the lost bag.
