PAN Health is strengthening its footprint in India’s fast-growing personal hygiene market by expanding its product offerings across baby care, women’s hygiene and adult care, while reinforcing its commitment to the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative through advanced domestic manufacturing.

The company has steadily built a diversified portfolio under its flagship brands—Little Angel, Everteen, and Liberty—to address hygiene needs across different stages of life. As consumer demand shifts towards premium, safe and innovative hygiene products, PAN Health is introducing new solutions across its core categories.

The Little Angel range is being expanded beyond diapers and baby wipes to include premium baby care essentials such as feeding products, bath care items, syndet bars and baby soaps. At the same time, the Everteen portfolio is growing with premium sanitary pads, period panties, panty liners and other products designed to meet evolving menstrual hygiene needs. The company is also continuing to strengthen its Liberty adult care range.

A major pillar of PAN Health’s growth strategy is its large-scale manufacturing infrastructure in Rajkot, Gujarat. Spread across nearly 30 acres, the facility houses more than 700,000 square feet of production space and has the capacity to manufacture over 3.7 billion disposable hygiene products annually. Equipped with automated production lines, modern quality assurance systems and internationally recognised manufacturing standards, the plant enables the company to deliver high-volume production while maintaining stringent quality benchmarks.

PAN Health says its manufacturing strategy is built around the vision of “Make in India, Made for India and the World,” with the objective of producing globally competitive hygiene products from India. Continued investments in research and development, technology adoption and manufacturing excellence are helping the company strengthen its domestic presence while pursuing opportunities in international markets.

Speaking on the company’s long-term vision, Chirag Pan, CEO and Managing Director of PAN Health, said that hygiene remains fundamental to improving public health and quality of life. He noted that the company is committed to making quality hygiene products affordable and accessible through continuous innovation and world-class manufacturing capabilities. According to him, PAN Health aims not only to build trusted consumer brands but also to contribute to India’s emergence as a global manufacturing hub for disposable personal hygiene products.

Beyond business expansion, the company continues to invest in community outreach programmes focused on hygiene awareness. Initiatives such as Smile Matters, Period Ki Pathshala, menstrual health education campaigns and sanitary pad distribution drives are part of its efforts to promote better health and hygiene practices, particularly among underserved communities.

With increasing awareness of preventive healthcare and personal hygiene across India, PAN Health believes the sector is poised for sustained growth. The company plans to continue expanding its product portfolio, investing in manufacturing capabilities and supporting India’s ambition of becoming a leading global producer of disposable personal hygiene products.
