TRAFFIC BLOCK BETWEEN SAHID KHUDIRAM AND MAHANAYAK UTTAM KUMAR STATIONS ON 17.05.2026

There will be a working Traffic Block between Sahid Khudiram and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro stations of Blue Line on 17.05.2026 (Sunday) to facilitate the rake reversal facility at Sahid Khudiram Metro station.  This is required for rehabilitation and renovation work at Kavi Subhash Metro station. As a consequence, no Metro services will be available in between Sahid Khudiram and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar stations on that day.

Normal Metro services will, however, be available between Dakshineswar Metro station and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station on that day, i.e. 17.05.2026 (Sunday).

Normal Metro services will resume on 18.05.2026 (Monday) on the entire stretch of Blue Line, i.e. from Dakshineswar to Sahid Khudiram Metro stations.
