Seminars, Competitions and Live Demonstrations
Beyond the exhibition stalls, the three-day programme features seminars, panel discussions, culinary competitions and a cake-making competition.
Live technology demonstrations are also being conducted to provide visitors with a practical understanding of modern equipment and production processes.

With India’s food processing industry continuing to evolve through technology, automation and value-added production, International Foodtech Kolkata 2026 is positioning itself as a meeting point for manufacturers, entrepreneurs, food professionals and technology providers looking to explore the next phase of growth in the sector.
