Saina Nehwal overcame a initial poor start in the first game to Sun Yu of China and lost 11-21 but nerve of steal can not be bent for any reason in this mega final. Saina recovered and frighted like a tigress on the court to win the next to game by 21-14, 21-19. In a match that lasted over an hour to clinch the Australian Open Super Series Badminton title in Sydney on Sunday.
After 2014 this was Saina’s second Australian Open title to take with her.
