DIGITAL LIFE CERTIFICATE CAMP ORGANISED FOR PENSIONERS AND FAMILY PENSIONERS IN METRO RAILWAY

Metro Railway, Kolkata has organised Digital Life Certificate Camp to facilitate the submission of annual Life Certificates by its pensioners and family pensioners today i.e. on 06.11.2026 for the third consecutive day.
A large number of Metro pensioners attended the camp at Metro Rail Bhavan with the necessary documents, including Aadhaar Card, Pension Payment Order (PPO), Bank Passbook/Pension Account details and mobile phone registered with Aadhaar and bank account. Metro Railway officials assisted the pensioners in generating and submitting their Digital Life Certificates. Bank officials were also present at this camp to extend the necessary assistance.
The pensioners appreciated this initiative of Metro Railway and expressed their satisfaction with the smooth and hassle-free process. In today’s camp, health check-up facilities for pensioners and family pensioners were also provided. Basic medical check-ups, including Blood Pressure (BP) measurement, Blood Sugar testing and ECG (Electrocardiogram), were conducted to help pensioners monitor their health.
To further facilitate pensioners and family pensioners, similar camps will also be organised at Metro Rail Bhavan on 18.11.2026 (Wednesday), 19.11.2026 (Thursday) and 20.11.2026 (Friday).
Metro pensioners and family pensioners willing to attend these camps are requested to bring their Aadhaar Card, PPO, Bank Passbook/Pension Account details and mobile phone registered with Aadhaar and bank account.
It may be noted that 30.11.2026 is the last date for submission of the annual Life Certificate. Metro Railway authorities request all pensioners and family pensioners to submit their Life Certificates within the stipulated deadline.
