Hanshi Premjit Sen has conducted an online workshop on “Importance of Karate during this pandemic situation for physical and mental fitness, due to this lockdown, children are most The world is fighting the Coronavirus by staying in their home and in the meanwhile most of the children are spending their time playing video games. Video games can negatively affect the brain, memory, and vision. They can cause stress, anxiety, and even isolation if the addiction gets severe enough. Kids playing too many video games exhibit impulsive behavior and also show obesity.  

Moreover, Karate is a sport where success is determined only by regular practise.

Hanshi Premjit Sen who is President of Karate Do Association of Bengal,Chairman and a World Referee and Coach has been conducting online classes to keep the children engaged also

In this present world, Karate is a skill which every boy and girl must possess .

Karate not only helps in enhancing the physical fitness of an individual but also prepares them to face any kind of atrocious situations. Karate also helps in improving the concentration of a kid.

Karate is a sport that involves a lot of physical activity and this helps in boosting the metabolism and the immunity system of a person. In a way it helps to prevent obesity and fight pathogens .

Karate has a huge role in dealing with depression and anxiety as it develops the fighter spirit in a person. It increases mobility and flexibility thereby keeping a person fit.
